The holiday accommodation San Fermin is situated next to the Boulevard, in the first urban expansion carried out in San Sebastian known as Cortazar. This is one of the main tree-lined avenues in San Sebastian and separates the Old Town from the City Centre. Just 50 metres away is the Town Hall and next to it, La Concha Beach and the fishing port.
This vacation apartment gets its name as a tribute to the famous bullfighting Fiestas which take place in the nearby town of Pamplona. San Fermin is an accommodation totally impregnated with a bullfighting atmosphere. It could be said that it is like an ode to the bulls’ fiesta; posters relating to a series of bullfights, tributes and dedications from bullfighters. All sorts of bullfighting motifs fill up the holiday apartment giving it a genuine style.
Having a surface area of more than 90 square metres, this holiday apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. There are three spacious double bedrooms in the accommodation. The main bedroom has an extra-large king size bed (180 cms wide) and the other two have two single beds (110 cm) each. The three of them have large wardrobes and a French window onto a peaceful open-air courtyard. This tranquil feature is a real plus given the location of the accommodation.
The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom with shower cubicle and a guests’ cloakroom. The spacious and modern kitchen can also be used as a dining room as there is table and chairs. It is a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances and kitchenware where you will be able to enjoy your meals with friends and family. All the more so if we take into account that the most authentic food market in San Sebastian – La Bretxa – is situated just 200 metres away from the apartment.
This apartment doesn't have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you're coming to San Sebastian by car we can reserve for you a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation.
