Basque Cooking Class

FeelFree offers you the possibility to gain an insight of the world of Basque cuisine in a true gastronomic society. This workshop is designed for lovers of the most authentic food, because we know how important it is to interact with local people to understand our culture.

We begin in the market where we can buy some of the ingredients to elaborate these traditional recipes.

We’ll head to the society to meet our chef who will have begun to cook some typical dishes of Basque cuisine.

Put on your apron, pour yourself a glass of wine and prepare yourself for this fantastic experience at the hands of a renowned chef in a society where you can help cook, interact with locals and learn to cook our more characteristic dishes, based on the three Basque cooking sauces: black, red and green.

We will begin with a good glass of wine and a presentation by our chef, who will the proceed to prepare the most famous dishes of traditional Basque cuisine, such as squid in its own ink, hake in green sauce and cod “al pil pil”.

Once the dishes are prepared straight form the hob and onto the table, we will enjoy this succulent menu in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
