From Ikusnahi Tours we propose an excursion through the Val D’Aran to discover its gastronomic secrets in a full day dedicated to the best gastronomy.
In the morning we will visit the Restilhè workshop where great artisans make top quality products that they sell in different parts of the valley and that we can enjoy during the day.
We will continue to Bossot and visit the fish farm where, for a few years, they have produced top quality caviar with sturgeons brought from the Volga, a project where gastronomy and preservation of the environment go hand in hand. After the visit and its inevitable tasting we continue down the valley to approach one of the most beautiful villages in the valley, Bausen. And to enjoy the gastronomy again, we will come to visit some friends at the Artesana el Refu brewery, which we will visit and drink good beer in a relaxed atmosphere.
From there we will drive up the valley but not before stopping at another of our temples of gastronomy in the valley, Roc & Cris where we will enjoy some of its succulent and creative dishes conveniently paired. To finish in the best way, we will go back to Vielha, to the Restillhè tavern, where we can taste cheeses, pates and sausages in a final tasting of the best products in the area.
