Pitipombo is a recently refurbished (June 2011) spacious and modern holiday accommodation. Decorated by professionals, there is a sober and at the same time, contemporary atmosphere all throughout the apartment.
It is ideally located in the main commercial area in San Sebastian and La Concha Beach is just round the corner (check the map). The pedestrian street is next to the Mercado de San Martin, an excellent quality shopping area where tradition combines perfectly with the latest trends. This commodious vacation apartment (130 sq. m.) can accommodate up to 8 people. The hall gives direct entrance into the spacious open plan lounge which has been divided into two different areas.
On the one side, there are two large sofas, one of them is a sofa-bed, and a 51inch flat screen TV. On the other side, there is a relaxing and bright area next to a baywindow. At one end of the lounge there are two bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom has two twin beds. At the other end, there is a colourful and modern fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom and a dinning room with a large table with seating for 8 people. Next to the dinning room you will find the third bedroom, where there are two single beds, and the third bathroom. All bathrooms at Pitipombo have a shower. One of the strong points about this holiday apartment is its location.
Not only will you be staying in a pleasant pedestrian street, right in the main shopping area in San Sebastian, but also a stone’s throw away from La Concha Beach. From here, it is just a five minute stroll along the promenade to the Old Town and the harbour. This apartment doesn"t have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you"re coming to San Sebastian by car we can reserve for you a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation.
