What really attracts your attention from the apartment Okendo Terrace is the light, the tranquility and above all, the breathtaking views over San Sebastian that can be enjoyed from the fabulous terrace.
It is a recently refurbished apartment (April 2018) located in the neighbourhood of Gros, on the sixth floor of a building with a lift. It is next to La Zurriola beach known for its surfing scene, just two minutes away from the commercial centre of the city and the Old Town, just on the other side of Santa Catalina bridge.
It has a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with an integrated kitchenette. In the lounge-dining area there are two large windows, one of them French style which gives direct access to the terrace. From here you will be able to enjoy amazing views over the river, the Urgull Mountain, the sea and some of San Sebastian’s most important landmarks.
In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa-bed and a flat screen TV set with DVD player. At the back of the sofa, there is a table and chairs where you and your party will be able to enjoy delicious meals on the hottest days, while you may use the terrace furniture for the summer evenings.
The modern kitchenette is located in a corner of this main room and it has top of the range electrical appliances as well as complete kitchenware.
The apartment Okendo Terrace has a bright and spacious bedroom, with a double bed of 150 cm and a large French style window with direct access to the terrace.
The modern bathroom is perfectly equipped with a shower.
The apartment Okendo Terrace also offers high-speed Wi-Fi Internet system. It doesn't have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you're coming to San Sebastian by car we can reserve for you a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation.

Bank transfer fees will be borne by the tenant. For all bookings of less than 4 months, utilities are included up to a maximum of €150; any excess will be paid by the tenant.
The heating in this apartment is central and is automatically managed for the entire building, so it cannot be turned on outside the dates and times set by the community. Usually, central heating is available between November and April, although it may start earlier or later depending on the weather, as long as the temperature is below the level agreed upon by the community.
