OUR TRUE STORY
Juanra and Carlos are two friends who have always enjoyed exploring the world, innovating, and venturing into new ambitions. During their vacations, one of the things they missed the most was having access to a comfortable, modern, and high-quality apartment that made them feel right at home. This realization make them think: if it didn’t exist, why not create it themselves? The idea emerged organically, and once it crossed their minds, there was no turning back.
This is how an exciting new journey started for Juanra and Carlos: FeelFree, an agency of extraordinary apartments and villas, designed as authentic homes, so that all travelers can enjoy a memorable vacation with all the comforts. As if they were at home.
AND NOW?
FeelFree has changed a lot since then. We decided to specialize our offer in San Sebastián – our hometown – and Baqueira – our second home, where we return whenever the opportunity arises –. We now have a collection of more than 200 apartments in San Sebastián and Baqueira and a great team of professionals committed to offering the best experience to the traveler and the owner. In addition, we have designed our own 360º service, which includes real estate services in both destinations, legal and tax advice, and architectural and interior design projects.
All our properties have something special, from apartments with sea views to villas in a privileged natural environment, even cozy houses at the foot of the slopes in Baqueira, ready to arrive and enjoy. It’s not for nothing that we are the 2nd highest-rated agency in Spain on Airbnb, and we collaborate with distinguished brands such as Marriott!

Social Commitment
At FeelFree we have a commitment to people. As far as possible we work with local suppliers and local products, giving visibility to small businesses and new brands that may be of interest to travelers.
In addition, we’ve been collaborating for years with the Why Not Foundation, an accredited NGO that does excellent and much-needed work to improve the quality of life of people with mental health issues in San Sebastián.
