It is a very special accommodation which offers a large open plan lounge-dining room with modern kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom and a fully fitted bathroom.
The whole of the apartment has been carefully decorated with a very original style. On entering the apartment we find ourselves in the open plan lounge-dining room. It is a bright room where a bohemian style stands out. There are three French doors with direct access to a balcony and a beautiful bay window. Between the lounge and the modern kitchenette there is a large dining table with capacity for up to 6 guests. The spacious kitchenette is perfectly equipped with top of the range electric appliances and complete kitchenware.
The apartment Dear Oldie has an amazing double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both, as the rest of the apartment, stand out because of the elegant and bohemian decoration.
Dear Oldie also offers Wi-Fi Internet system as well as the possibility to rent a parking space at a near-by car park, which is very convenient if you come to San Sebastian by car.
The apartment is located in Gros, the city's coolest neighborhood, where you will find the newest stores and a wide variety of local shops. Although its main attraction is Zurriola Beach, where you’d be able to surf almost every day of the year.
