The La Terraza Apartment is a modern accommodation located in the heart of San Sebastián, just steps away from La Concha Beach.
The apartment is situated on the top floor of a building equipped with an elevator. It spans an area of 52 square meters and features a spacious living area—with a 150 cm sofa bed—, dining room, and open-plan kitchen.
The most remarkable aspect of La Terraza Apartment is precisely its fabulous terrace, sunny and equipped with outdoor furniture. It's a spacious and private area where, thanks to its southwest orientation, you can enjoy sunny days. The terrace faces the street and runs the entire length of the apartment, with access from the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen.
The apartment enjoys plenty of light and is very sunny, as it is a penthouse equipped with large windows. It is also fitted with specially designed curtains that prevent heat from entering on the hottest summer days. The kitchen of La Terraza Apartment is modern and perfectly equipped to enjoy delicious meals inside the apartment or on its terrace.
The bedroom faces a quiet courtyard and features a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. It's a perfect apartment for a couple on vacation in San Sebastián, not only because of its layout but also due to its location in the city center, close to everything and next to La Concha Beach.
Next to the apartment is the San Martín Market, where you can buy all kinds of food products, as well as fashion and leisure items.
La Terraza Apartment has heating and Wi-Fi connection. It does not have parking in the building, and in the area, outdoor parking is very difficult and expensive. Therefore, if you are coming by car, we can reserve a spot in a nearby garage when you make your reservation. In any case, it's a perfect apartment to explore San Sebastián on foot, as all points of interest are within a 5-10 minute walk.
