The apartment was fully renovated a few years ago and is located on the sixth floor of a romantic-style building with an elevator. It is decorated in warm tones, with white and beige predominating, and is furnished with high-quality furniture, giving it a very cozy atmosphere. The apartment is insulated from street noise and equipped with all the details and comforts for an unforgettable holiday.
The Moneo Apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious adjoining walk-in closet. The kitchen, open to the living room, gives this space a greater sense of spaciousness; it is modern and fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment also has a small balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.
Within walking distance, the apartment is just 5 minutes from another beach, the most famous one, La Concha Beach, which offers dreamy walks like the one to Monte Urgull or the Paseo Nuevo, magical with the wild Cantabrian Sea as a backdrop. This path leads to the fishermen’s port and then back to the Old Town in a beautiful circular route.
This apartment does not have parking on the property, and in the area, outdoor parking is very difficult and expensive. Therefore, if you are coming by car, we can reserve a spot in a nearby garage when you make your reservation. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet access.
