The apartment’s building has an elevator and it is located next to the Plaza de Cataluña, a few meters from the Zurriola beach where you can surf almost every day of the year and a five minute walk from both the Old Town and the city Center.
The apartment has a nice living room with a window that gives access to the terrace. Next to the living area, there is the dining table and next to it, a perfectly equipped modern American kitchen.
