The heating in this apartment is central, which means that it is managed automatically for the entire building, it is not possible to turn it on at dates and times that are not programmed by the community. Normally, the central heating is available, it can be delayed or brought forward according to the weather at the time, between the months of November and April, at the times stipulated by the community provided that the temperature is below the number of degrees agreed by the community.
