The heart of the apartment is occupied by the large daytime area divided into two different zones. On the one hand, the lounge and the kitchenette with a breakfast bar and on the other, the dining area where there is a large table and chairs, where you"ll be able to enjoy delicious dinners. The lounge offers a comfortable sofa and a relax armchair situated next to the balcony over the street. The kitchen at Kaia is perfectly equipped with high quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware so you won"t miss anything during your break. Next to the lounge we find the other two double bedrooms, both fitted with two single beds and a large wardrobe each, and a cosy sitting room where there is a comfortable sofa-bed, a small balcony over the street and a flat screen TV set. There is a third bathroom in this area of the apartment as well and it"s also fitted with a large shower cubicle and a big washbasin.
