Era Cuma House is part of the residential development of the same name, located in a very quiet area of the beautiful village of Salardú. From the property, the views over the valley and the surrounding mountains are truly spectacular.

Era Cuma House is distributed over three floors. The entrance leads directly into the living and dining area, where you will also find the modern open-plan kitchen at the back. This is a spacious, modern and beautiful area equipped with every comfort, including a Smart TV and a pellet fireplace.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom and large built-in wardrobes. It is a beautiful room with high vaulted ceilings and a large window offering fantastic views that can be enjoyed directly from the bed.
On the lower floor there are three additional bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, a second bedroom with single bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm double bed. Both the master bedroom and this third bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs. The second bathroom is located between these three bedrooms.
The house also features a lovely garden at the entrance, perfect for enjoying sunny days in good company.
