Located on the first floor of a building with a lift and overlooking a spacious inner square, the apartment offers a particularly peaceful atmosphere. It is set in a modern building completed in 2009 that retains the elegant stone façade of the original property.
Its 95 m² have been carefully designed to make the most of the available space, offering a comfortable and functional layout. Highlights include a spacious and bright living-dining room of more than 30 m², quality finishes with oak wood flooring, large windows and a fully equipped separate kitchen.
The apartment features three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is furnished with a 135 cm double bed.
From the apartment, you can easily walk to the Old Town, La Concha Beach, the Aquarium, the Kursaal Congress Centre and Zurriola Beach in just a few minutes. You will also find a wide selection of restaurants, pintxo bars, shops and services nearby.
The apartment does not have a parking space in the building. As parking in this central area is often limited and expensive, we can reserve a space for you in a nearby garage when you make your booking.
