Arzak is situated on a quiet first floor with an elevator, facing a large interior plaza, in a recently constructed building (2009) that has maintained its classic stone façade. It is internally equipped with every luxury detail and comfort.
The apartment features oak wood floors, a separate designer kitchen fully equipped, and electric blinds with remote control. Another of its main characteristics is its great brightness due to its large windows.
With 95 m² perfectly utilized due to the absence of hallways, the Arzak Apartment stands out for its spacious and minimalist living-dining room of over 30 m². It offers three bedrooms, all with double beds; the master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, and the bed in the third bedroom is 135 cm wide.
Savor San Sebastián by starting with a charming accommodation. From Arzak, you'll have everything at hand: the Old Town and its famous restaurants and pintxos bars just 200 meters away, the beautiful La Concha Beach 200 meters away, the Aquarium, the Kursaal Congress Palace, Zurriola Beach... and all the services and shops you might need, all just a step away.
The Arzak Apartment does not have parking in the building, and in the area, outdoor parking is very difficult and expensive. Therefore, if you are coming by car, we can reserve a spot in a nearby garage when you make your reservation.
