The apartment Beach House 2 is located on the fifth floor of a modern building with a lift and it offers an open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms. What really stands out in the sitting area is the simplicity and originality of its furniture. There is a sofa-bed and two comfortable armchairs as well as a French door with direct access to the gorgeous terrace, where you"ll be able to enjoy unforgettable evenings during your holidays. Between the lounge and the modern kitchenette there is a large dining table with capacity for up to 6 guests, where for sure you"ll also enjoy delicious meals. The kitchenette in Beach House 2 is fully equipped with high quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware. The three bedrooms in the apartment face small courtyards and as Beach House 2 is a top floor apartment, these bedrooms are very bright but also very tranquil. The spacious main bedroom offers a double bed (150 cm), a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also quite large and it has two single beds (105 cm) and a wardrobe, and the third bedroom offers one single bed (105 cm) and a wardrobe. The second bathroom in the apartment Beach House 2 offers an original combination of bath tub and shower cubicle. This apartment offers as well Wi-Fi Internet system and the possibility to rent a parking space at a nearby car park, so that you can leave your car safe during your holidays.

The lift of the building is delicate and can not be overloaded. The apartment is in an attic.
Very nice apartment centrally located, close to the beach and to the old town. Good equipped kitchen and a lot of space in the apartment. One of the highlights was for sure the terrace. Friendly staff.
Fantastic apartment in a great location just outside the old town. Apartment was well sized and great outdoor space with view of the beach. We had a nice stay in San Sebastian. The apartment is located in the Gros neighborhood across the river from the old town Pinxtos zone. PERFECT LOCATION. An easy 10 minute walk gets you to the heart of San Sebastian where there are hundreds of bars and restaurants, but keeps you in the quiet neighborhood across the river to sleep. Thanks for having us!
