Boulevard Terrace is the ideal accommodation for a family or group of friends seeking comfort, high-quality equipment, a prime location, and all those little details that make an apartment special.
It is located on a quiet street in the Old Town of San Sebastián, next to Zurriola Beach and just a short walk from the city center and La Concha Beach.
Located on the fifth and sixth floors of a building with an elevator, Boulevard Terrace stands out for its spaciousness and large terraces, some with sea views.
It features a large living room divided into two well-defined areas, a spacious dining-living room, a modern independent kitchen, three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
On the main floor, there is a large living room with comfortable sofas and several chairs, one of them a relaxation chair next to one of the French doors with direct access to the terrace. On the other side of this floor is the spacious dining-living room, a very cozy space where you can enjoy pleasant evenings, with two direct accesses to another terrace where you can also enjoy wonderful summer nights.
The apartment’s modern kitchen, while fully independent, has a practical open window to the dining room. It is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and complete kitchenware, and it also has direct access to the terrace. On this floor, there is also a modern guest toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as two other large terraces. The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a lovely walk-in closet behind the original bed headboard, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have direct access to the large terraces, although only the terrace of the master bedroom (and the living room) offers fabulous sea views. The second bedroom also has a double bed, and the third has two single beds (trundle bed).
The second bathroom is also fully equipped and has a bathtub. Boulevard Terrace also offers double-glazed windows and wireless Internet connection.
There is no parking in the building, and outdoor parking in the area is very difficult and expensive. Therefore, if you are coming by car, we can reserve a spot in a nearby garage when you make your reservation. Due to its location in the Old Town and next to Zurriola Beach, as well as its high-quality equipment, Boulevard Terrace is undoubtedly a perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastián.
