Located on the third floor of a building with a lift, Kaia Apartment offers a large open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room and open kitchen, three double bedrooms, three fully equipped bathrooms and a cosy sitting room that can also be used as a fourth bedroom, as it features a comfortable 105 x 200 cm bed. The apartment has been simply yet tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay.
From the moment you enter, you will appreciate the spaciousness of the apartment. Here you will find a bathroom with a shower and, next to it, the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, large built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
At the centre of the apartment is the large living area, divided into two clearly defined spaces. On one side is the lounge and the modern open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, while on the other side is the dining area with a large table and chairs, perfect for enjoying delicious meals together. The lounge offers a comfortable sofa and a relaxing armchair next to the balcony overlooking the street.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and complete kitchenware, ensuring that you have everything you need during your stay. Next to the living and dining area are the other two bedrooms, both featuring twin beds and spacious wardrobes, as well as a pleasant sitting room furnished with a comfortable 105 x 200 cm bed, a balcony overlooking the street and a large flat-screen TV. This area of the apartment also includes the third bathroom, which, like the other two, is fully equipped with a large shower and a spacious washbasin.
