Situated on the first floor of a building in the city center, it is just steps away from La Concha Beach and less than a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, and a modern independent kitchen.
The living-dining room of Koxtape is the perfect place to relax and enjoy unforgettable evenings during your holiday. It features a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a stylish dining table. In addition, there is a French door that leads directly to a small balcony.
Next to this space is the modern, spacious kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances and complete kitchenware, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.
The apartment has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, a double wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, large wardrobes, and a French door with direct access to a small balcony overlooking the street. One of these bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The third bathroom in the apartment features a bathtub.
The Koxtape apartment also offers wireless internet, air conditioning (only in the living room and the master bedroom), and the option to rent a parking space in a nearby garage, which is highly recommended if you are coming to San Sebastián by car.
