The Okendo Apartment is located in one of the best areas of San Sebastián, next to Zurriola Beach, the Old Town, and just two minutes from the city’s main shopping district. In addition to its excellent location, the apartment stands out for its brightness and spaciousness.
This recently renovated accommodation features high ceilings, beautiful restored antique wooden floors, and a large 40 m² living room with stunning views of the river. On one side of the living room, there is a large window, and next to it, a French-style window with direct access to a small terrace.
The Okendo Apartment has four bedrooms: three with double beds and the fourth with a custom-made Campeggi sofa bed that converts into two single beds, accommodating up to 8 people.
The master bedroom, spacious and with beautiful views, has a 180 cm bed, a dressing area with a large built-in wardrobe, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom is also very spacious, with a 150 cm bed and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom also has a 150 cm bed, while the fourth features a sofa bed that converts into two single beds and a TV.
These three bedrooms share two additional bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The fully independent kitchen was custom-designed by Poliform Varenna and imported from Italy. It is spacious and fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, as well as a large table and chairs. The living room also features a handmade table and chairs from the San Sebastián area.
The Okendo Apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. There is no parking in the building, and in this area, outdoor parking is difficult and expensive. Therefore, if you are coming by car, we can reserve a spot in a nearby garage when you make your reservation.

The apartment is located in the Gros neighborhood, one of the trendiest areas of the city, where you’ll find the newest venues and a great variety of local shops. Its main attraction is Zurriola Beach, perfect for surfing almost year-round.

The heating in this apartment is central, which means that it is managed automatically for the entire building, it is not possible to turn it on at dates and times that are not programmed by the community. Normally, the central heating is available, it can be delayed or brought forward according to the weather at the time, between the months of November and April, at the times stipulated by the community provided that the temperature is below the number of degrees agreed by the community.
