To the right is a beautiful dining table with seating for up to eight guests, perfect for enjoying unforgettable evenings during your stay. To the left, next to the French door opening directly onto the terrace and the other two windows, is the main seating area, furnished with two spacious sofas and two comfortable armchairs. Back in the entrance hall, a door leads to the apartment’s hallway. On the right is the master bedroom of Playa de La Concha 4. This beautiful, light-filled room features a 180 cm double bed, a French door with direct access to the terrace, a large built-in wardrobe and a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious shower and double washbasin. The other two bedrooms at Playa de La Concha 4 are equally comfortable and fully equipped. Each one has two 90 cm single beds, spacious built-in wardrobes and a window overlooking the building’s inner courtyard. Both bedrooms are located next to the apartment’s second bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub. The kitchen at Playa de La Concha 4 is located at the end of the hallway. It is a fully equipped kitchen-diner with appliances and complete kitchenware, where you can enjoy breakfast and more informal meals during your holiday. Next to the kitchen is the apartment’s third bathroom, which has been fully renovated and features a practical shower. It is also possible to rent a parking space in a nearby garage, which is highly recommended, as parking in the area can be particularly difficult. The heating in this apartment is central, which means it is managed automatically for the entire building and cannot be turned on outside the dates and times set by the homeowners’ association. It is normally available between November and April, although it may start earlier or later depending on the weather, and always within the established hours and when temperatures fall below the levels agreed by the community.
There is no air conditioning in the hallway or the bathrooms.
