The vacation apartment Santa Maria represents an excellent combination of traditional and modern style. Even though the building does not have a lift, it has recently been renovated and the apartment is brand new offering for example, a fully equipped bathroom with modern fittings and a large shower cubicle.
The apartment gets its name from the Basilica situated next door, in the very heart of San Sebastian"s Old Town. It is located in the heart of the city in the Old Town of San Sebastian, offers immediate access to both the pintxo bars and some of the best restaurants and pubs, as well as the fishing port and the beaches of La Concha and Zurriola. So if for your next holiday you want to enjoy the city like a local, the apartment Santa Maria is the perfect accommodation for you. It is located on the second floor and it offers a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The large daytime area is where you get the best idea of this combined style between tradition and minimalistic lines. An original stone wall has been kept and it stands out among the wooden floors and furniture. In the lounge, there is a comfortable sofa while in the dining area there is a table with chairs and a bench. The perfect place for you to enjoy wonderful evenings during your holidays. Next to the dining table is the kitchenette, totally equipped with high quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware, besides a practical breakfast bar.
Both bedrooms in the apartment Santa Maria are very bright thanks to the French windows with direct access to a long balcony facing the atrium of the Basilica. The main bedroom has a queen size bed (150 cm) while the second bedroom has two single beds. The fully fitted bathroom has a large shower cubicle.
The holiday apartment Santa Maria also offers Wi-Fi Internet system as well as the possibility to rent a parking space at a nearby car park, which is highly advisable given that the Old Town is completely pedestrian.
