Villa Jaizubia Golf is located on the outskirts of the town of Hondarribia and 15 kilometers from San Sebastián (20 minutes by highway). It is an exclusive accommodation that is part of the Jaizkibel urbanization, where the Real Club de Golf de San Sebastián is located. The club has more than 100 years of history, although the current field was opened in 1968.
Currently, the Real Golf Club de San Sebastián has 18 holes and excellent quality of service and facilities, having been classified as one of the most prestigious clubs in Spain.
The villa is located in a private area of 4.000 m2 surrounded by local nature and has a large swimming pool with a glass enclosure, perfect for enjoying a swim from spring to autumn. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family or friends since, in addition to the residence itself, its exceptional location, about 15 km from San Sebastián and 8 km from Hondarribia and France, make it a strategic point to explore both countries.
The Jaizubia Golf villa has almost 350 m2 of useful interior space spread over two floors (see layout). It has two living rooms, one on each floor; four bedrooms, each one of them with its own bathroom, an office, outdoor parking, swimming pool and an annex building with changing rooms and its own bathroom...
The day areas are on the main floor, highlighting its modern and spacious kitchen, equipped and decorated with absolute car. Ideal for those who want to enjoy meals with their loved ones at home.
Next to the kitchen, we find the dining area, separated into two tables, one for adults and one for children.
Also on the main floor, and next to the dining room, you can find the main living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, an 85-inch Smart TV with a sound system and subwoofer included. Also, a beautiful fireplace and a large window, from which to behold the beautiful views of Peñas de Aia. The foot of Mount Jaizkibel is also visible from the garden and the pool.
In the opposite wing of the ground floor, there are two beautiful double rooms, with its own full bathroom, each.
A central staircase leads to the first floor where we find, in addition to the office, a single room with its private bathroom, the second living room and the jewel of the house: a large suite of 80 m2, with a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower, a large dressing room, an elegant fireplace and beautiful views over the forest and the Basque mountains.
Like all the FeelFree apartments, the Villa Jaizubia Golf has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and Smart TV’s, both in the main room and in the upstairs living room, also in the office.
