At FeelFree, stays start at 32 nights and can extend for up to one year, with the possibility of signing a new agreement at the end of the term if you wish to stay longer.

Mid-term rentals are ideal for travelers spending an extended period in San Sebastián, Baqueira, or the Aran Valley, whether for remote work, professional assignments, extended vacations, relocation, or personal reasons.

You can stay in a FeelFree mid-term rental for anywhere between 32 nights and one year. If you wish to extend your stay beyond that period, a new agreement can be arranged.

There’s no need to book full calendar months—you can stay exactly as long as you need, whether that’s 45 nights, three months, or an entire season. If your plans change during your stay, our team can help you extend your reservation, subject to availability. For stays of four months or longer, it may also be possible to shorten your booking, provided you give at least 60 days’ notice.

All of our apartments and homes are fully equipped, so you can move in comfortably from day one. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, blender, bed linens, towels, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Every property includes a washing machine and laundry area, while many also feature a dryer.

Final cleaning is included, and additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay if desired.

Yes. For stays of up to four months (120 days), utilities are included in the rental price up to the consumption limit specified for each property. The applicable amount can be found on the apartment’s listing page.

For stays longer than four months, utility costs are not included and are paid separately by the traveler.

For stays of up to four months, payment is made before arrival. For longer stays, payments are divided into monthly installments for greater flexibility.

Reservations can be paid securely online by credit or debit card.

Bank transfers are also available by contacting our team directly.

Corporate bookings are welcome, and company billing information can be added during the reservation process.

Yes. FeelFree allows reservations to be made under a company name. Business details can be added during the booking process, and once your reservation is confirmed, invoices and related documentation can be accessed and downloaded from your traveler area.

Because longer stays reduce traveler turnover and the operational processes associated with frequent arrivals and departures, we are able to offer more competitive nightly rates.

Our pricing is progressive, meaning the average nightly cost decreases as the length of stay increases.

Yes. A security deposit is required for all mid-term rentals, and the amount varies depending on the length of stay. The exact amount will be displayed before confirming your reservation. Once your stay has ended and the property has been inspected, the deposit is returned according to the applicable conditions.

Yes. If you’re already in San Sebastián or Baqueira, we can arrange a private viewing whenever the property is available. A member of our team will accompany you during the visit and answer any questions before you make your reservation.
