How to pay?

To confirm the rental of your holiday apartment, villa or house, you are required to pay FeelFree a percentage of the total booking fee by credit card or PayPal. The percentage varies depending on a number of factors, including location or the dates.

The remaining amount must be paid 15 days before the date of arrival. The refundable security deposit must be paid the arrival day upon the reception of the keys at our office. On the booking confirmation papers you will find information on how to pay the outstanding amount, by credit card (taking into account the previously accepted conditions) or by PayPal. Cheques are not accepted under any circumstances. The security deposit will be refunded after inspection at the end of your stay. The cost of any damage to the property caused by the guest will be deducted from the security deposit. €50 will be deducted from the deposit if the apartment is not left in reasonable condition (for example, if the furniture has been moved or the kitchen is left unclean). Depending on the season and property, FeelFree may ask for payment in full upon booking. Check the "Observations" tab on the information page for each apartment or holiday home to see whether advance payment in full is required. This information will be included in the confirmation email.

Credit card

If you use a credit card, your reservation will be confirmed immediately. There is no commission charge for payments by credit card. At FeelFree we use an online payment system that ensures total security and confidentiality. At FeelFree we use a security protocol used by Internet servers to transmit sensitive information with total security.


The company you can trust for Internet payments. The payment of the outstanding amount should be made according to the explained and accepted conditions, which are shown in the "Special Conditions" section within the booking confirmation document of each apartment.
